Women's Alliance of Community UU Church is comprised of women from the church and other friends. Everyone is welcome! You need not be a member to participate in our programs. We always welcome men and youth participation if appropriate at our meetings, except for the annual women's retreat, which is for women of all ages (18 and older). Our membership year begins each summer after the election of our officers and the end-of-year meeting in May.

The tour is approximately 2.5 miles long.
Timeline:
11:00 a.m. - Starting point: the Interurban Building, 901 East 15th Street
on the north side of 15th Street, approximately one-half mile east of U.S. 75.

1:00 pm Lunch – Inside My Garden Tea Room located inside Nooks and Crannies Gift Shop 1017 East 15th Street in the heart of downtown Plano

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Annual dues are $35. ($25 pays your annual dues to the Unitarian Universalist Women’s Federation and $10 is retained locally). Each year we donate a portion of our treasury to a good cause or two. One is usually a church project that needs some small amount that we can supply such as the Children’s Library, painting classrooms in RE, or other CUUC projects. Any surplus from the 2008-2009 year will be voted on at the Garden Party in September.
